- Shama Ko Photography
- Shama Ko was born and raised on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu. In the late 90's she moved to Los Angeles to attend Marymount. During which time she also worked as a freelance photographer in the Los Angeles area. In the early 2000's Shama relocated to Austin, TX. For the past ten years Shama Ko has consistently worked in Texas, New York, Honolulu and California. Her interest in photography began her junior year of high school and has continued for close to half a decade. Although Shama has had some formal training as a photographer. She considers her self to be primarily self taught. She specializes in a wide variety of areas including portrait, wedding, commercial, photojournalism and event photography. Not only is she a photographer, she is also an accomplished Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete. Most recently winning 2nd in the World Championships.
